Costs and financial aspects

Event costs and food

There is no conference fee. All meals and (a limited amount of) beverages during the event happening at the venue will be provided at no costs to all participants.

There will likely be a moderate fee to be paid for the field-trip, also for food during the trip (Curro will clarify this very soon).

For project beneficiary representatives, the field trip fee is eligible for being reimbursed by project resources because it is an educational event.
