Opportunity: Executive Masters course in Management of Research Infrastructures

Develop your skills for leading research infrastructures with global impact

The successful management and leadership of research infrastructure requires a complex collection of competencies, especially for those working across national borders.

This Executive Masters course is aimed at current Research Infrastructures managers and leaders. It gives you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills, to become part of a pan-European network of peers, and to obtain formal recognition of your competence as a Research Infrastructure manager.

Participants will examine how different Research Infrastructure leaders respond to and mobilise collective effort to address immediate issues and proactively shape their environment to enhance the service that they provide to users.

Participants will also explore a range of key capabilities and skills associated with effective strategic leadership in an increasingly internationalized context.

The 18 month course (Sept 2017 - March 2019) includes online and face-to-face modules (at University of Milano-Bicocca, Italy). It is organised by the RItrain H2020 project.
